It's hard for me to count how many sessions I have done for wonderful families over the last five years, and each of them was unique! I started photographing some families from pregnancy sessions, and now we meet at their family sessions! It's wonderful to see how quickly your kids grow and how everything changes in their lives! It is also a great advantage to return to the same family photographer, you and your children can feel more comfortable and safe in my company, so there is much less worry or additional stress before you photoshoot.
My natural family sessions are all about creating natural and candid stories about you with the people you love most and everything in between. The family session can take place in a location of your choice. They have great power, and your children bring a lot of positive energy. You can expect lots of hugs, laughter and fun during your family session!

Your photo session date is secured with a £50 non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from the full cost. The remaining balance is due any time up to the day of your maternity or newborn session.

FAQ - FAMILY, Maternity & newborn baby photoshoot session
What about travel cost?
Travel costs are included within Hampshire or Hampshire & Dorset. Otherwise, I add to the deposit an additional cost of travel to the customer or location - £0.55 per mile.
How should we dress for our family session?
Ideally wear what you like and, most importantly, what you feel comfortable in. Avoid patterns and logos to keep the images timeless. More information will be in my little guide that I send before the session on "how to prepare for the session" with clothing inspirations that will help you.
How do I view the photos after the session?
From one to four weeks after the family photoshoot your selected & edited images by me will be available for your viewing in your private online gallery. Each session is different, so the number of photos received may vary. For a family session, you will have a minimum of 50+ images to choose from.
What’s the best time to have a session on the beach?
It's always two hours before sunset! If it's a cloudy day, we can arrange a photo session earlier.
How quickly do we have to choose what to purchase?
After viewing the images your online gallery will be open for 21 days, giving you plenty of time to decide which products you'd like to purchase.
What happens if my child is ill?
I'm working with children and I completely understand that they may be unwell - it's no problem at all to reschedule.
What if it rain?
I'll get in touch a couple of days before the shoot (after consulting the weather forecast) and if it looks like rain we can either reschedule (if you're keen to have some photos outside) or go ahead.
